 🔁 Return & Exchange Policy 

• All sales of workshop kits, crochet products, and handmade items are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. 

• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of delivery, accompanied by proof of purchase and photos of the issue. 

• CraftyKla does not accept returns for:  

• Custom orders 

• Used or altered items 

• Items without original packaging 

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. 

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective.

• CraftyKla uses a variety of yarns and materials, including cotton, wool, acrylic, and blends. While we strive to use hypoallergenic options, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
